WOD – Sparta Fit BG; Workout of the day 05/02/2019

In today’s training, we had a good mix of fundamental movements and technique practice, and also a very balanced cardio, gymnastics, hiit workout (high intensity interval training).

Basic Warm Up; Technique Practice + Development (separated in 2 levels, Beginners practice Medicine Ball Clean; Advanced athletes performed Snacth Balance in Progress), then in the main WOD: Dumbbell Squat Clean, Ring Dips, Rest 1 minute, 2 minutes Jumping Rope (Beginners – single unders; Advanced – double unders).

Technique Practice + Development:

Beginners practice – Medicine Ball Clean: Medicine Ball Clean is one of the fundamental movements performed in Crossfit (included in the materials for the Level 1 Crossfit Trainer Course).  

Advanced athletes performed Snacth Balance in Progress:


Main WOD (2 rounds – 12 minutes workout): 

Dumbbell Squat Clean, 

Ring Dips, 

Rest 1 minute, 

2 minutes Jumping Rope (Beginners – single unders; Advanced – double unders)

Rest 1 minute
